SB International offers two ways to participate in international financial markets: trading through your own Binance account or joining a pooled investment arrangement through SB International tokens.
Both options involve meaningful financial risk. We encourage you to understand the terms, fees, account access, and possible losses before making an investment decision.

Managed Trading Through Your Own Account
Keep your assets in your personal Binance account while authorizing SB International to execute spot trades through an API connection.
This service is intended for individuals who have a verified Binance account, understand how to deposit and withdraw funds, and are familiar with account security. If you need help understanding API-key setup, our team can explain the process.
Your account, your custody
Your assets remain in your own Binance account. We request API permissions for spot trading only, not for withdrawals or transfers. We do not need your Binance password, and you can revoke trading access by disabling or deleting the API key.
Important: Keeping funds in your own account gives you direct control over custody, but it does not protect you from trading losses, exchange-related risks, or unauthorized activity resulting from compromised credentials.
Profit withdrawals and administration fees
Our administration fee is 10% of the trading profit you withdraw. When your account is profitable and you wish to withdraw profits, please coordinate the withdrawal with our team so that the fee can be calculated under the agreed arrangement.

This example assumes that the full $300 profit is withdrawn. Under the stated arrangement, the profit-and-loss calculation begins again after each profit withdrawal. Specific treatment of prior losses should be set out in the account agreement.
This is an illustration, not a performance forecast. A $1,000 account could fall to $700 or below instead of earning a profit. Recovery may take an extended period, and an account may never recover its losses.
Minimum account value
Your Binance Spot account must hold at least US$1,000 to participate in this service.
Investment approach and diversification
We seek to manage portfolio exposure across available markets rather than concentrate all capital in one asset or sector. Trading decisions are informed by market conditions, liquidity, and our established risk-management parameters.
Diversification may reduce concentration risk, but it cannot prevent losses. Explore our investment sectors.
Long-term performance objectives
Our approach emphasizes disciplined trade execution and a longer-term perspective over frequent withdrawals or short-term income expectations. Some months may produce little or no profit; consecutive losing months are also possible.
Our internal annual return objective is approximately 40%–60%, and we would regard an annual result above 30% as a strong outcome. These figures are aspirational objectives—not forecasts of what an investor should expect. Actual results could be lower, zero, or negative. We do not offer fixed monthly income or predictable trading profits.
Account terms and responsibilities
A. Independent trading and transfers
While our team is managing trades, do not independently open or close positions or transfer funds without coordinating with us. Uncoordinated activity can disrupt the strategy, and we may suspend trading access if the arrangement is not followed.
B. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining secure credentials, two-factor authentication, and appropriate API restrictions. Compromised accounts may experience losses, and the allocation of responsibility is governed by the applicable agreement and law.
C. Trading and exchange risk
Market volatility, liquidity changes, execution issues, operational outages, and counterparty events can lead to substantial losses. No trading approach performs consistently under every market condition.

Investment Plan 2
Group Investment Through SB International Tokens
Participate in a pooled trading arrangement by purchasing SB International investment tokens, without having to place individual trades yourself.
Start with US$100
Each SB International token costs US$100. Proceeds from token purchases are contributed to a trading arrangement managed by SB International. The value and outcome of your participation depend on trading results and the terms of the token arrangement.
Before purchasing a token: Confirm your legal rights as a token holder, how funds are held, how any gains or losses are allocated, and whether and when tokens can be redeemed. These terms should be established in the relevant investment agreement.
Where we trade
Our trading activity is primarily conducted through Binance, a digital asset exchange. Instruments available through Binance may include cryptocurrencies and, where offered and permitted, products linked to securities or market indices. Product availability, ownership rights, and legal protections depend on the particular instrument and jurisdiction.
Using an established exchange does not remove trading, cybersecurity, custody, counterparty, or platform risks.
Investment philosophy
We seek to allocate capital prudently, diversify exposure where appropriate, and adjust trading decisions as market conditions change. These practices are intended to manage risk; they do not eliminate it.

- No fixed returns. We do not offer fixed payouts, predictable monthly income, or protection from market losses.
