Understanding Our Group Investment Plan
SB International's token-based plan allows participants to contribute to a pooled trading arrangement without managing individual trades themselves. Before proceeding, please review how profits are allocated, when token transactions are permitted, the applicable fees, and the risks involved.
Our approach favors disciplined decision-making and long-term capital management over short-term speculation. This plan is not designed to provide a fixed monthly income. Trading may produce little or no profit for several consecutive months, and losses are possible.
Our Trading Approach and Long-Term Objectives
Market prices are beyond our control. We focus instead on the decisions we can influence: capital allocation, asset selection, position management, and risk exposure.
Our internal annual return objective is approximately 40%–60%, and we would regard a result above 30% as a strong year. These are aspirational objectives, not performance forecasts. Actual results may be considerably lower, zero, or negative. Losses may take an extended period to recover and may never be recovered.
Investment risk: Purchasing tokens exposes you to the performance of the pooled trading arrangement. You could lose a substantial portion or all of your invested capital. Patience and careful risk management do not eliminate that possibility.
Profit Distribution and Token Allocation
We intend to review available trading profits and, where circumstances permit, distribute them approximately every four months. A distribution depends on sufficient realized profits, liquidity, and market conditions; the four-month interval is an objective rather than a fixed payment commitment.
When a distribution is made, each participant's share is calculated according to the number of tokens they hold. The example below illustrates how the distribution works after deducting our 10% administration fee.

These are hypothetical figures for explaining the calculation, not actual performance or a promised payout. The example assumes the stated profit is available for distribution and does not address any separate third-party costs or taxes that may apply.
When tokens may be bought or sold
Token transactions are restricted to designated periods following a profit withdrawal or distribution. Tokens cannot be purchased or sold during an active trading period or between distribution windows. Accordingly, participants should not assume that tokens can be redeemed whenever they choose.
Administration Fees and Charges
SB International does not impose a separate fee for purchasing or selling its tokens under the stated plan. Our administration fee is 10% of distributed trading profits. For example, a $100 gross profit corresponds to $90 after this fee; a $1,000 gross profit corresponds to $900 after the fee.
Any applicable exchange charges, payment costs, taxes, or other third-party expenses should be considered separately. Review the definitive investment terms before purchasing tokens.
Participation Rules and Conditions
A. Participation limits
To limit concentration among participants, the following rules apply:
- Each individual may purchase a maximum of 50 tokens.
- No more than two members of the same family may participate through token purchases.
B. Responsibility for investment losses
Participants accept the market risks associated with the pooled trading arrangement. Trading losses may reduce the value of their token holdings, including potentially to zero. The allocation of responsibility and any available remedies are governed by the applicable agreement and law. Nothing on this page is intended to waive rights or exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.
C. Changes to the plan's terms
SB International may review and propose updates to its operating rules in response to business, market, or member-related circumstances. Any changes are subject to the governing agreement and applicable legal requirements. Participants should review the current terms before making additional commitments.
D. Independent trading decisions
Our trading decisions are managed internally. Participants are welcome to raise questions and request information, but they must not direct individual transactions or repeatedly instruct the trading team to buy, sell, or close specific positions.
Under the plan's participation rules, attempts to interfere with trading decisions may result in termination of membership without advance notice. Any amount payable for the member's tokens would be settled under the applicable terms and may be less than the original investment if losses have occurred.
Investors who prefer to make their own trading decisions may instead consider independent investing. SB International can provide general guidance on the process without giving those investors control over the group's trading activity.
